Unbeaten St Louis Blues lose veteran forward Pavel Buchnevich to suspension for head-butting
New York St Louis blues winger Pavel Buchnevic has been suspended for two games due to the headbutt of Arizona Coyotes striker Lawson Crouse.
Buchnevic was kicked out after being head-butted in the second half of the first third of Monday night. He will miss the Bruce match against Los Angeles on Wednesday in Las Vegas and on Saturday at his home.
The suspension will cost Buchnevic $ 141,463 to be a repeat offender. He was banned from playing against the New York Rangers last season.
This is the first season in St. Louis, a 26-year-old Russian winger after trading in St. Louis from New York in July.
Buchnevic has scored one goal and one assist in two games so far this season and played against the coyote before being kicked out. Bruce won 7444 on Monday. St.
Louis is trying to regain the shape that helped Bruce win the first Stanley Cup in 2019. This season’s Western Conference favorite.
