Vegas Golden Knight Game And NHL Unveil the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Logo

The 2022 Honda NHL® All-Star logo in inspired by the glitz and glamour of the neon lights. Marquee signs on the historic Las Vegas Strip.

NEW YORK (Oct. 11, 2021) The National Hockey League and Vegas Golden Knight Game today unveiled the 2022 Honda NHL® AllStar logo. The Golden Knights and the city of Las Vegas prepare to host the NHL during 2022. Honda NHL AllStar Weekend at TMobile Arena in February.

The Honda NHL® AllStar 2022 logo inspired the glitz and glamor of neon signs. Signs on the historic Las Vegas Strip. The logo itself takes the form of the many classic signs that adorn many Las Vegas hotels and casinos. It combined in the form of the iconic “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign.

The logo tilted back as if the viewer is looking at the tent. The AllStar type inspired the flair of the mid-century modern typography familiar to many Strip casinos. The color scheme is a direct tribute to the host team and uses the black, red, and gold of the Vegas Golden Knights.

The overall dark palette also hints at how Vegas comes alive at night with the red and gold accents like neon lights against the dark sky. The logo is encased in a neon tube that surrounds the title sponsor Honda’s branding and includes a pair of hockey sticks at the very bottom. Honda is celebrating 14 years as the official vehicle of the National Hockey League and will support the NHL as an exclusive NHL car partnership throughout the 2021-22 seasons.

The 2022 Honda LNH® AllStar Weekend will feature the 2022 NHL AllStar Skills™ on Friday, February 4 (ESPN, Sportsnet, TVA Sports) and the 2022 Honda NHL AllStar Game on Saturday, February 5 (ABC, Sportsnet, TVA Sports).
